Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
The Legacy Collection- The Legacy collection is sold as a ONE CLICK upsell to existing orders. This means that you will not be required to re-enter your credit card details in order to authorize this purchase. By clicking the "ONE CLICK Add On" button on this page, you are authorizing the additional charges to your credit card. Refunds will NOT be issued because the customer "accidentally" clicked the button. The refund policy on the Legacy collection is as follows:
While we are confident that you will reap the rewards and benefits of this product, you may put it into action that we offer the following "get results or get your money back" refund policy. This is an action-based guarantee which requires the student to provide documentation of the following required activities.
1. The student must provide evidence that he/she has gone through at least 2 courses in the Legacy Library and given a good, solid effort to implement the training. The student must submit his/her coursework to prove refund eligibility.
2. The student must participate in at least two Inner Circle group video conference calls (which occur on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month) by submitting his/her work for review on at least 2 occasions using the submission request form in the inner circle members' website.
If you implement the above requirements and are still not satisfied with the results of the program, a refund may be issued within 90 days of the purchase date. In order for a refund to be issued, we will require proof of action taken consistent with the program (send screen shots and links).
No refunds will be issued after 90 days of purchase date.
If you are requesting a refund, please contact us by emailing [email protected] with the words “PROGRAM REFUND” in the subject line and include proof of program homework, links to your content, lead capture page(s), documentation of traffic and results, etc. Please note, if you are caught downloading video content without completely watching, no refund will be given regardless of the 90 day refund period.
Additionally, refunds will not be issued because the customer "changed their mind" or "had unforeseen financial circumstances" or "had a family/medical emergency" or "cannot implement the program at this time" or any other reason outside of doing the work and subsequently being unsatisfied with the results.
This is a home study course that is purchased as a one-time transaction. The nature of the course is such that once the customer has consumed the information within, they cannot "give" that information back. By purchasing the product, you agree that these provisions are fair and reasonable.
Only responsible adults over the age of 18 are permitted to purchase our home study products. It is advised that if an individual is considering the purchase of our product for any reason other than a genuine desire to get results BY PUTTING THIS TRAINING INTO ACTION, they should refrain from purchasing the product in the first place.
You acknowledge that we may reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card rules, ACH industry rules, federal law, state law, local law, and any other applicable rules, regulations, and laws.
By clicking the orange button on the upsell page and completing the transaction, the customer indicates that s/he has read, understands and agrees to these terms and the refund policy for this product.
